The Appian Way, “Queen of the Ways,” was inaugurated on 312BC by Appius Claudius, and was the first major road to the south of Italy.
CHILDREN POLICY: We have children’s bikes as well as baby bike chairs for our visiting families. NOTE: We do not visit the inside of monuments and museums.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 4 and 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 3 days of the scheduled tour. Cancellation or change of reservation could be done only by email info@italycruiserbiketours.com
Rain policy: The bike tour will never be cancelled due to rain. We will do our best to proceed with the tours, however, in case of heavy rain, we might decide to stop the bike tour and proceed with a walking tour instead. Should the weather get better during the tour, we will try to get back on board, when possible.
Guest options on rainy days:
(1) Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather – with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if Bikes are not ridden due to rain, or if the Bike tour is abbreviated due to rain.
(2) 50% refund for client cancellation
(3) Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability. The Rain check is a voucher given to client. The voucher is transferable and may be sold or given to others to use at a future date and lasts up to 1 year from date.
